Our management team declares the operation of the quality system to be a fundamentally important factor for the company in its business strategy. It ensures that ELTEC’s products compete in the market with the highest quality standard and reliability, instilling confidence in the customers.

Our management team has overall responsibility for quality, for the creation of the quality system, and for ensuring proper system operating conditions. Senior managers play an active role in the quality system organization and implementation. All employees of ELTEC are trained in quality policies and perform their duties to the best of their knowledge in order to achieve the company’s goals. The execution of the quality system is supported and perfected through continuous process improvement.

We introduce and operate a quality system that complies with the IATF 16949 system of requirements with the aim that the products manufactured by ELTEC meet the needs of the customers – especially with regard to reliability, safety, suitability for use and agreed deadlines.

A quality representative for the effective and controlled operation of the introduced quality system is appointed, directly reports to management, and represents management in matters of quality. The quality representative must regularly report to management on quality system compliance with its regulations, on the efficiency of operation, and on preparations to introduce new quality-improving measures.

In accordance with our motto, our quality goals cover all the performance of all our organizational units, activities and products, continuous internal improvements, and meeting the expectations of our customers at the highest possible level. We consistently expect all our employees to do everything to create a high-quality product that complies with the relevant regulations and instructions.

As we uphold a high quality standard for our clients, we also expect and work with our suppliers to be fully committed to our quality principles and to meet our expectations.

Our quality manual describes our quality assurance system and the execution of all related activities. This manual is valid for all of ELTEC’s organizational units and all products manufactured by ELTEC.
